1964 Dodge Polara
Mark Hughes writes:
My Dodge has gone through a full restoration.
The interior is from Legendary, with buckets/consol, floor-shift automatic. All the interior trim plastic was rechromed.
The motor produces approxiamtely 600 horsepower from a 440 with a mechanical Comp Cams .555 cam,
Crane adjustable rockers, extensively ported 906 heads, M-1 intake with Holley 850 dbl. pumper, and headers.
The Dodge uses a 727 transmission with a full manual reverse pattern valve body, 4000 stall, 4.301 suregrip rear,
Weld Draglites, and BFG tires.
Rotisserie-restored, it was painted top to bottom with teal green Sikkens paint and clear coated.

This car has won numerous Best of Show, interior, body and paint trophies.
Update August 2002: Mark has sold the car to a fellow in Minnesota after seeing the car on the internet.
Wow, Mark, the Dodge is better than new after that great full tilt restoration!
It goes as good as it looks, too!
