Chris writes: I bought this Mopar from Brian Lee in 2005 and took it apart to make a Max Wedge clone. The Dodge is online under his name showing the condition in which I bought the car. |

The recent photos here show the work that I have done to this Dodge; I am glad to share them with others who love these Mopar cars. |

| The motor is an original 1963 Max Wedge 426 Stage III motor with all original intakes, carbs and exhaust manifold. | ![]() |
I then added 4 wheel disc brakes and power steering along with an MSD ignition system for reliability. The transmission was rebuilt by Keith Long, the rear end was built by DTS and the exhaust system is TTI.
I repainted the Polara, added the hood scoop and had the interior completely redone along with adding period correct wheels and tires.

I had the best time of my entire car collecting hobby, which is from when I received my license in 1962, in building this car. The Dodge is a thrill to drive, sounds great and draws a crowd everywhere I go with it.
Im glad this Web site is online to help me communicate about this Mopar with others who share my affliction for these cars.
Thank you for hosting the site.
