Kent writes: My 1965 Dodge Coronet was originally raced in Canada under the Kohler Dodge banner, then sold in Michigan to Lupe with Salvation Racing, then to nostalgia racer Rick Nobach, then eventually ending up in my garage in Ardmore, Oklahoma. |
Starting the Summer of 2010 I will do some Nostalgia Super Stock racing with my buddy, Vic Raupe, and his Color Me Gone car of Roger Lindamoods (clone) that is now in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He and I have become good friends through these two cars and I really enjoy racing with the group of NSS guys.
I had Mike and Eric at Muscle Motors build me a 572 Hemi that dynod 852 HP and 744 foot pounds of torque to drive on the street, as well. |
As stated many times, these old cars, behind my relationship with God, my family, and job, are what keeps me going! My wife, Betty, of 36 years is a Saint for her understanding and cooperation!
Thanks for the great 1962 to 1965 Mopar website!
