1965 Canadian Plymouth
January 2008 Mopar of the Month

Joe writes: My 1965 Plymouth Valiant Signet has the original numbers matching 273 cubic inch engine and automatic transmission with floor shift. The engine has been rebuilt, machined .030 over, Comp cam, ported and polished heads, steel crank, high volume oil pump, Offy Dual plane intake, Edelbrock Carburetor, electronic ignition. The transmission has a shift kit.
The burned fuel exits through two inch Turbo mufflers and an aluminized exhaust system. |
The exterior is painted 1996 Integra Black pearl. All the exterior trim has been polished and or chromed.
The interior was rebuilt and the metal painted black, rebuilt seats, car upholstery kit, carpet, headliner, re-chromed dash and bezels.
Complete rebuilt drum brakes, tires are Firestone 215 70R 14 Firehawks on Mopar 14x6 Ralley Wheels small bolt pattern.
Rear differential is a 7 3/4 with 2:93 gears.
The Plymouths body is pretty straight for the black paint. The Mopar runs great and I am enjoying it: it sure gets good looks when you cruise the streets!

P.S., I am thinking of selling it to a good home, due to a house remodeling project.
