My brother Rob has a 1963 Dodge Polara 500 with a 426 Hemi and pushbutton Torqueflite transmission:
My father Sal purchased the Polara 500 from a Connecticut State Trooper in 1972. It was originally a 383 car.
The Dodge wagon I purchased off ebay a couple years ago. It was originally a 318 poly. I wanted one of these for 34 years, why who knows. I wanted it before we had the 500! Everybody thought these wagons were ugly: I was ahead of my time.
