1964 Dodge Custom 880

Jacob writes: I bought this Dodge in June, 2011 and trailered it home from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Did not have much to do on the Mopar: I changed a turn signal switch and got the seats redone, then put her to the road!

This is the first classic Mopar I have owned and definitely made the right choice. I wanted something different and that’s exactly what I got!

The Dodge is a blast to drive, definitely turns heads everywhere I go! Future plans would be to rebuild the motor when it finally quits, 110k strong! New paint and just touchups, very happy with my Dodge Custom 880!

And thanks to all the help from the 1962 to 1965 Mopar mail list! Glad to be a part of such a wonderful group!

Update September 2011

I put the Dodge in the Art on Wheels Ultimate Bike, Auto, and Art Show on September 23, 2011 at the Lake Charles Civic Center and I took first place in the classic category! I went up against some amazing cars too, idk how I won. They seemed to be fascinated by the Mopar, only one there!
