1965 Plymouth Belvedere II

Cody writes:

I just brought my 1965 Belvedere II home yesterday, December 5.

The Mopar was originally a factory air conditioned 361 727 car, but now has a 440 with ported 906's, Ultradyne cam, MSD ignition, Mopar M1 intake, mildly built 727, 3.91 Sure Grip, and Super Stock springs.

During the winter, I'm going to paint the car either Patriot Blue or Silver (both current Dodge truck colors, for reference), but I'm undecided.

Maybe we should poll everyone.

Also, the car will get a 4 speed, and Wilwood disc brakes.

Are there any other '62-'65 fans out there who can give me some insight to the chrome trim on the hood and trunk of my car. I haven't seen any other '65s like it. It almost looks like '64 trim. I thought that maybe it was an early production thing. Anyone?
Nice catch, Cody!

The big block Belvedere is cool now, but your plans sound very nice!   smile!
