1965 Dodge Coronet 500

I bought my 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 from from a guy who got it from the original owner. The 500 is a 60k mile rust free car!

The Dodge was media blasted, all dings fixed, and painted in dandelion yellow base clear. 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 in paint booth

The engine is a '65 dated (but technically a '66) 440 block. The big block has an Edelbrock performer rpm cam and intake, Edelbrock aluminum heads with Crane roller rockers on top. The bottom end is .030 over with Ross flat top and Eagle H-beam rods. The 440 is topped with a Barry Grant 850. The 440 will breathe through 2 inch TTI ceramic coated headers.

The interior has been redone, as well as all the chrome.

I hope to have it running by mid October, 2002.

Great web site! Keep up the good work!

Thanks, Bill!

A big block in a rust free '65 500. Hum, tasty!

Looking forward to further updates!  smile!
