1965 Plymouth Belvedere

I love this Web site and wanted to add my Belvedere experience.

I was reading the classifieds one day and noticed a '65 Belvedere only 30 miles from my home. The ad said it was in good condition, but the price said otherwise.

I drove down and found a 4-door 318 w/3 on the tree. 1965 Plymouth Belvedere

The Plymouth was a beautiful dark blue and despite the engine size I could tell it had been in law enforcement.

The first thing the guy selling the car said to me is that the Plymouth was in the Seattle branch of the FBI! He had just scored some cop wheels from a cab company for $200 and he sold me the car and the wheels for $1100!

Lucky me!
Lucky you indeed, Coel!

These old law enforcement patrols came with a variety of engine size options, even a slant six. The 318 poly in yours with the 3 on the tree makes a fun combination!  smile!
